Ron Gerlich was promoted to Regional Vice President, Desert Region, for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in February 2007.  Gerlich oversees seven offices and 500 sales associates in Riverside County. He reports to Rick Hoffman, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in San Diego/Inland Empire.

Prior to his appointment, Gerlich was General Manager of the company’s Palm Desert office.

A 32-year veteran of the real estate industry, Gerlich has been with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage since December 2003.  In 2004, he was named Manager of the Year. He worked previously as General Manager of Fred Sands Desert Realty.
