
Rick Hoffman is
President and Chief Operating Officer of Coldwell
Banker’s Greater San Diego, Temecula Valley
and Desert Regions. The company operates 41 facilities
with over 2,000 sales associates affiliated with the
firm. Hoffman has over 35 years experience in all
facets of the real estate industry. He was the former
President and Chief Operating Officer of Coldwell
Banker Associates Realty, a company recognized internationally
as one of the top 10 Coldwell Banker franchise operations
in the world.
On a personal note, Hoffman has served
the real estate community in many roles. As a multi-year
Director of the San Diego Association of Realtors
(SDAR) and California Association of Realtors (CAR),
Hoffman has served on the Risk Management, Strategic
Planning, Executive, and Legislative Committees as
well as being Regional Chairman for Region 24. In
addition, he was the 2001 President of the San Diego
Association of Realtors (SDAR) and in 2005 served
as the Chairman of the Board of Real Estate Business
Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of the California
Association of Realtors (CAR).
A California native, Hoffman is a graduate
of San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Science
Degree in Marketing. He also holds the E-Pro designation
from the National Association of Realtors (NAR), is
a graduate of the Wharton School of Business Real
Estate CEO series, and a certified real estate coach
as designated by Integrity Coaching, a division of
Integrity Systems.
A recognized speaker to national and
international real estate groups, Hoffman is recognized
for his understanding of the residential and commercial
real estate business. He is the author of numerous
articles on real estate, frequently interviewed by
local television and newspaper outlets, and is sought
out for comments on local and national real estate
trends.
In his role as President of Coldwell
Banker San Diego, Temecula Valley and Desert Regions,
Hoffman is responsible for coordination of his award
winning team, strategy and business development, marketing
implementation and consumer awareness of the Coldwell
Banker brand. He also oversees the Coldwell Banker
Previews Program recognized worldwide as one of the
most effective marketing programs for luxury real
estate.
