J.D. Power and Associates Ranks Coldwell Banker Highest in First-Time Home Buyer and Seller Satisfaction

Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation, the nation's oldest national real estate organization, today announced that it has the highest ranking in customer satisfaction from both first-time home buyers and sellers who used national real estate firms, according to the J.D. Power and Associates 2003 Home Buyer/Seller Satisfaction Study SM* . J.D. Power and Associates conducts quality and customer satisfaction studies across a variety of top industries including real estate.
The study, which was conducted during August and September 2003, asked 2,924 homebuyers and sellers to evaluate the top five national real estate brands and to identify key factors of customer satisfaction in the home buying or selling process.
