What is the Architectural Division?
Coldwell Banker’s Architectural Division consists of unique properties that are designed by architects from the turn of the century to present day. |

What are the benefits of having a special division to market homes designed by architects?
Coldwell Banker has found that architecturally designed homes sell for more per square foot than neighboring properties because sophisticated buyers are looking for a home that is architecturally distinct. Buyers of these homes seek out real estate agents who understand their desire to live in a property treasured for its superior design and workmanship. |

| |
Are these houses marketed differently?
Coldwell Banker has created a signature marketing program geared to architect-designed properties including special advertising and brochures used by a network of hundreds of Sales Associates specially trained to market these unique properties. |

What does the Architectural Division do for buyers of these homes?
Buyers are as unique as the houses they seek to live in. Connoisseurs of fine architecture search for a property that is a work of art. The Coldwell Banker Architectural Specialists can pinpoint the stylistic preferences and aesthetic priorities of these discerning buyers as well as profile which estates meets their individual needs. Some buyers prefer the stylistic integrity of the 1920s, while others have functional requirements best met by the soaring ceilings and open floor plans of the modern designers. Our Architectural Specialists can find the homes that best fulfill a buyer’s criteria for form and function. |

How does a Sales Associate become qualified as an Architectural Specialist?
Coldwell Banker has pioneered a specific program for certifying qualified Sales Associates as Architectural Specialists. Each specialist must attend a certain number of hours of classroom training on architectural houses, design styles and architects who have worked in San Diego. In addition, they must pass a written examination and meet a rigorous performance requirement in marketing architect-designed houses. |
